The paper presents a detailed analysis of a logistic differential model under uncertainty. The authors present a fuzzy logistic model which is studied from different points of view, using two different interpretations. First interpretation is using Zadeh's extension principle, i.e., the solution of the real logistic model is fuzzyfied via Zadeh's extension principle. The second interpretation uses a fuzzy differential equation model, with Hukuhara type differentiability, and it solves a practically convenient formulation. Several experimental results are shown to help analyze the different fuzzy models. It is pointed out that the two different interpretations lead to different outcomes which are then compared in terms of their behavior. The conclusion is that the second method seems to be appropriate to model the behavior of the real system than the first method in this particular example.
