The authors give an algebraic explanation of why there is a one-to-one correspondence between the list of \textit{D. Happel} and \textit{D. Vossieck} [in Manuscr. Math. 42, 221-243 (1983; Zbl 0516.16023)] of tame concealed algebras in terms of quivers with relations and the list of quivers arising in the theory of cluster algebras which are in some sense of minimal infinite type. The latter list was given by \textit{A. I. Seven} [in Electron. J. Comb. 14, No. 1, Research paper R3 (2007; Zbl 1114.05103)]. The description given uses tilting theory, in particular tilted and cluster-tilted algebras.
