Let \(E\) be a Banach space, \(\omega\) a radial weight in the sense of Beurling-Björk and let \(\rho\) be a positive and measurable function on \({\mathbb R}^n\) such that there exists a constant \(c\) with \(\rho(x+y) \leq C e^{\omega(x)}\rho(y)\) for all \(x,y\in {\mathbb R}^n.\) The authors study the space \(L^K_{p,\rho}(E)\) consisting of those vector-valued tempered (ultra)-distributions \(f\in {\mathcal S}^\prime_{\omega}(E)\) whose Fourier transformation is supported on a fixed compact set \(K\) and with the property that \(\rho f\in L_p(E).\) Several known results in the scalar case, as maximal inequalities or Plancherel-Polya-Nikol'skij inequalities are extended to the vector-valued case. It is shown that the dual of the space \(L^K_{p,\rho}(E)\) is isomorphic to \(L^{-K}_{p^\prime,\rho^{-1}}(E^\prime)\) under the hypothesis that the characteristic function \(\chi_K\) is an \(L_{p,\rho}(E)-\)Fourier multiplier. As a consequence, several characterizations of Banach spaces with UMD-property are obtained. A vector-valued version of the Shannon sampling theorem permits to represent some weighted \(L_p\)-spaces of vector-valued entire analytic functions by means of spaces of vector sequences.
