A map \(\phi: M\to N\) between two Riemannian manifolds is said to be \textit{biharmonic} whenever it is a critical point of the functional \(\phi\mapsto \int_M \| \tau(\phi)\|^2\mathrm{dvol}\), where \(\tau(\phi) =\mathrm{trace}\,\nabla d\phi\) is the \textit{tension field} of \(\phi\). A surface \(\Sigma\subset N\) is \textit{biharmonic} whenever the inclusion map \(\iota: \Sigma\to N\) enjoys this property. In this paper, complete proper biharmonic surfaces \(\Sigma\subset\mathbb C P^n\) with non-negative curvature and parallel mean curvature vector are classified.
