Extension of a conservative zonal scheme that permits calculations on several grids that are patched together and which can be used in conjuction with explicit integration schemes has been given in the paper so that it can be used with implicit, relaxation schemes. It has been shown that the convergence is faster in comparison to explicit scheme. The results have been given for supersonic flow past a cylinder and motion of a Lamb-type vortex through a zonal boundary. The results include time-dependent pressure contours and surface pressures.
