The article is devoted to the research of classification and evaluation of bifurcation curves of positive solutions for the one-dimensional prescribed curvature problem: \[ \begin{aligned} -\left(\frac{u'(x)}{\sqrt{1+(u'(x))^2}} \right)'&=\lambda \exp{ (\frac{au}{a+u})}, \quad -L<x<L,\\ u(-L)&=u(L)=0,\end{aligned} \] where \(\lambda>0\) is a bifurcation parameter, \(L>0\) is an evolution parameter. The article includes five sections, the main results is described in section 2, some lemmas about the properties of the graphs described in the section 3. Section 4 includes proofs of the article's main results, in section 5 the authors describe computation results. The authors prove that on the \((\lambda, \| u_{\lambda}\|_{\infty})\)-plane, the bifurcation curve is i)\(\supset\)-shaped for \(0<a<36/17\); ii) \(\supset\)-shaped or reverse \(\varepsilon\)-like shaped for \(a>36/17\). Additionally, in the article it is proved that for \(a>a^{**}=4.107\) the bifurcation curve is i)\(\supset\)-shaped for small \(L\); ii) reverse \(\varepsilon\)-like shaped for large \(L\). The proofs of the theorems are based on the time-map method, introduced by previous authors' articles [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 89, 284--298 (2013; Zbl 1294.34027); Differ. Integral Equ. 29, No. 7--8, 631--664 (2016; Zbl 1389.34060)].
