    The double series (1.1) \(\sum^ \infty_{i,k=0}c_{ik}\) is \((C,(\alpha,\beta))\)-summable to \(s\) if \(\sigma_{mn}^{(\alpha,\beta)}-s=o(1)\) \((m,n\to\infty)\) and \([C,(\alpha,\beta)]_ \lambda\)-summable to \(s\) if \[ (1|(m+1)(n+1))\sum^ m_{i=0}\sum^ n_{k=0}|\sigma_{ik}^{(\alpha-1,\beta-1 )}-s|^ \lambda=o(1)\quad (m,n\to\infty) \] where \[ \sigma_{mn}^{(\alpha,\beta)}=(1| A_ m^{(\alpha)}A_ n^{(\beta)})\sum^ m_{i=0}\sum^ n_{k=0}A^{(\alpha)}_{m- i}A^{(\beta )}_{n-k}c_{ik},\;A_ n^{(\alpha)}=(1\mid n!)\prod^ n_{k=1}(\alpha+k). \] Among other results the author proves the following ones. If series (1.1) is \([C,(\alpha,\beta)]_ \lambda\)- summable to the sum \(s\) it is also \([C,(\alpha,\beta)]_ \mu\)-summable to \(s\) for every \(\mu\) such that \(0<\mu<\lambda\). Let \(\lambda>1;\alpha,\beta>1/\lambda\) and \(\delta,\gamma<1-1/\lambda\). If series (1.1) is \([C,(\alpha,\beta)]_ \lambda\)-summable to \(s\), then it is also \((C,(\alpha-\delta,\beta-\gamma))\)-summable to \(s\). If series (1.1) is \([C,(\alpha,\beta)]_ 1\)-summable to \(s\) then it is also \((C,(\alpha,\beta))\)-summable to \(s\); \((\alpha,\beta\geq 0)\). Let \(\alpha,\beta,\gamma,\delta\geq 0\) and \(\lambda\geq 1\). If series (1.1) is \([C,(\alpha,\beta)]_ \lambda\)-summable to the sum \(s\), then it is also \([C,(\alpha+\delta,\beta+\gamma)]_ \lambda\)-summable to \(s\). If series (1.1) is \([C,(\alpha,\beta)]_ \lambda\)-summable \((\alpha,\beta\geq 0\) and \(\lambda\geq 1)\) to the sum \(s\), then it is also \([C,(\alpha+\delta,\beta+\gamma)]_ \mu\)-summable to \(s\) for every \(\gamma,\delta\geq 0\) and \(0<\mu\leq\lambda\).
