In this paper, the existence, multiplicity and concentration behavior of positive solutions for the critical Kirchhoff- type equation are considered. This equation can be regarded as a Schrödinger equation coupled with a nonlocal term, which make the competing effect with the nonlinearity. Due to the lack of the compactness of embedding, the standard method in variational methods can not be used directly. The authors reestablish the new estimates for ps sequences, and get the concentration behavior of the multiple positive solutions by Ljusternik-Schnirelmann category.
