Jacobi-type conditions for the problem of Bolza with inequalities (Q801527): Difference between revisions

The author considers the optimal control problem \(\dot x=f(x,u,t)\), \(x(1)=x_ 1\), \(g(x,u,t)=0\), \(\phi_ i(x_ 0)\leq 0\), \(i=1,2,...,\nu\), \(\phi_ 0(x_ 0)\to \min !\), \(p(x_ 0)=0\), where \(t\in [0,1]\), \(x_ 0=x(0)\) and \(x_ 1\), f, g, \(\phi_ i\), \(\phi_ 0\) are given. He gives for this problem a Jacobi type condition for a weak minimum (minimum in the norm \(\| x\|_{\infty}+\| u\|_{\infty})\).
