In this paper, the authors define the new concept of \(A\)-distributional convergence in an arbitrary Hausdorff topological space and obtain some very interesting results. One of the aims of the paper is to explore further properties of statistical convergence as a summability notion for arbitrary topological spaces, similar to the results of the papers written by \textit{H. Çakalli} and \textit{M. K. Khan} [Appl. Math. Lett. 24, No. 3, 348--352 (2011; Zbl 1216.40009)] and \textit{G. di Maio} and \textit{L. D. R. Kočinac} [Topology Appl. 156, No. 1, 28--45 (2008; Zbl 1155.54004)]. The second aim of the paper is to use the classical notion of distributional convergence as a summability method and then to provide its relationship with \(A\)-statistical convergence as well as to characterize the resulting limits for spliced sequences. Especially in Section 4, the Bochner integral representation of \(A\)-limits of the spliced sequences for Banach spaces is given.
