In the article under review, the authors continue the study of ring \(Q\)-homeomorphisms. These are mappings which generalize the notion of quasiconformality. In particular, the authors find sufficient conditions for the family of ring \(Q\)-homeomorphisms which satisfy an integral-type restriction \(\int \Phi ( Q(x)) dm(x) < \infty\) on a domain in \(\mathbb{R}^n\), \(n \geq 2\), to form an equicontinuous and normal family. Further, the authors show that these conditions turn out to be necessary.
