Some necessary optimality conditions are established for the following regular optimal control problem: \[ \int^{t_ 1}_{t_ 0}f(t,x(t),u(t))dt\to \inf ! \] \[ \dot x(t)=u(t),\quad | u(t)| \leq \beta,\quad | x(t)| \leq \alpha \text{ for } t\in [t_ 0,t_ 1];\quad x(t_ 0)=x(t_ 1)=0. \] These necessary conditions are then used to divide the state domain \(G=[t_ 0,t_ 1]\times [- \alpha,\alpha]\) into several parts and, on this basis, to construct the optimal trajectory in certain concrete cases. This is illustrated by some examples of applications.
