    For automorphic \(L\)-functions \(L(s, \pi )\) and \(L( s,\pi^{\prime })\) attached to automorphic irreducible cuspidal representations \(\pi\) and \(\pi^{\prime}\) of \(\text{GL}_{m}( \mathbb{Q}_{A})\) and \(\text{GL}_m^{\prime }(\mathbb{Q}_{A}) \), the authors prove the Selberg orthogonality unconditionally for \(m \leq 4\) and \(m^{\prime} \leq 4\), and under hypothesis H of Rudnik and Sarnak if \(m > 4\) or \(m^{\prime} > 4\).
