A weak formulation of the time-harmonic floating beam problem in a two- dimensional fluid domain of finite depth is described. The main results are concerned with the interior and the boundary regularities of solutions of the above problem. A weighted \(H^ 2\)-space is used to describe the regularities near the endpoints of the beam.
