For a positive square-free integer \(D\), let \(\varepsilon=(t+u\sqrt D)/2>1\) be the fundamental unit of the real quadratic fields \(\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt D)\) with \(N\varepsilon=-1\). Then the author and \textit{Shin-ichi Katayama} [Proc. Japan Acad., Ser. A 67, 26-28 (1991)] determined all real quadratic fields with class number one and range \(1\leq u\leq 300\) except for one more possible field. In this paper, he intends to consider the same problem for real quadratic fields with class number two. Namely, he proves the following theorem: There exist exactly 45 real quadratic fields with class number two and range \(1\leq u\leq200\) except for one more possible field.
