Earlier [ibid. 15, 641-653 (1983; Zbl 0514.53061)] the author proved (with errors here corrected) a theorem in cosmic censorship for weakly asymptotically simple, empty space-times (according to his modified definition). His condition, which forbids accessible naked singularities of weak curvature, implied future asymptotic predictability. Here the intention is to find a necessary and sufficient condition for future asymptotic predictability. Censorship is shown to result from a condition which requires the absence of naked singularities of less than a certain finite strength. The paper concludes with a criticism of \textit{A. Królak}'s treatment [see the preceding review] in which the existence of naked singularities is coupled with certain special null geodesics.
