Some monodromy representations of generalized braid groups (Q1335245): Difference between revisions

A flat connection on the trivial bundle over the complement in \(C^n\) of the complexification of the system of reflecting hyperplanes of the \(B_n\), \(D_n\) Coxeter groups is built from a simple Lie algebra and its representation. The corresponding monodromy representations of the generalized braid groups \(XB_n\), \(XD_n\) are computed in the simplest case. The author mentions that analogous problems were solved in significantly more abstract form in the following papers of \textit{I. V. Cherednik} [Funkts. Anal. Prilozh. 24, No. 1, 88-89 (1990; Zbl 0717.20005) and Dokl. Akad. Nauk SSSR 307, No. 1, 49-53 (1989; Zbl 0747.17017)].
