A new class of finite translation planes called C-planes were constructed by the first author, \textit{D. J. Rodabaugh}, \textit{F. W. Wilke}, and \textit{J. L. Zemmer} from the exceptional nearfields of Zassenhaus [J. Comb. Theory, Ser. A 11, 72-92 (1971; Zbl 0211.532)]. In this paper, the authors determine the translation complement and its action on the set of ideal points of the C-plane of order \(11^ 2\) corresponding to the C- system \(V-1.\) It is found that the translation complement is of order 5760, and it divides the set of ideal points into 3 orbits of lengths 2, 24 and 96. [For part I-III of this paper see the authors, Bull. Aust. Math. Soc. 36, 99-111 (1987; Zbl 0603.51003), Rad. Mat. 3, 241-253 (1987; see the review above), and Simon Stevin (to appear; see the review above).]
