The authors obtain two main results on the modules over the Virasoro-like algebra \(\tilde L\): First, they prove that any Harish-Chandra module of \(\tilde L\) on which one central element \(c_i\) does not act by zero is a generalized highest weight module. Second, they obtain that any such module is the irreducible quotient of the Verma module. The assumption of quasi-finiteness is crucial to both results.
