The author propose the classical binary mixture theory as a complete theory which will treat all possible flows of dilute fluid suspensions. The theory allows for chemical reactions as well as for momentum and thermodynamic interactions of its component constituents. It allows a detailed treatment of each component constituent. The neglect of all interaction terms in classical binary mixture theory yields a greatly simplified theory. The proposed theory may be regarded as an analogy of the classical theory of binary mixtures.
