    Let \(\mathcal {P}(n; d)\) denote the class of all polynomials on \(\mathbb{R}^n\) which have real coefficients and degrees not exceeding \(d\) and let \(\mathcal {P}(n; d; 0)\) be the class of all \(P\in \mathcal {P}(n; d)\) with \(\nabla P(0)=0\). For \(P\in \mathcal {P}(n; d)\), let \(T_{\Omega,P}\) be the oscillatory singular integral operator defined by \[ T_{\Omega,P}f(x)=p.v.\int_{\mathbb{R}^n} e^{iP(y)} \frac{\Omega(y)}{|y|^n} f(x-y)dy. \] The operator \(S_{\Omega,\Phi}\) is given by \[ S_{\Omega,\Phi} f(x)=p.v.\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}e^{i\Phi(y)}\frac{\Omega(y)}{|y|^n} f(x-y)dy, \] where \(\Phi\) is a homogenous function that satisfies \[ \Phi(ty')=t^a\Phi(y')\quad \text{for}\;t>0, \] \[ \Phi(y')\in L^{\infty}(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})\quad \text{and}\;\int_{\mathbb{S}^{n-1}}|\Phi(y')|^{-\delta} d\sigma(y')<\infty \] for \(a\neq 0, 1\) and for some \(\delta>0\). The authors obtain the boundedness of the operators \(T_{\Omega,P}\) and \(S_{\Omega,\Phi}\) on Triebel-Lizorkin spaces \(\dot{F}_{p}^{\alpha, q}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) provided that one of the following conditions holds: (i) \(\Omega\in L^{\lambda}(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})\) for some \(1<\lambda\leq 2\); (ii) \(\Omega\in L \log L(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})\); (iii) \(\Omega\in B_{\eta}^{(0,0)}(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})\) for some \(\eta>1\), where \(B_{\eta}^{(0,0)}(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})\) denotes certain block spaces.
