This paper is related to the question of non-uniqueness for the Navier-Stokes equations on a non-flat Riemannian manifold. The approach introduced in [\textit{C. H. Chan} and \textit{M. Czubak}, Dyn. Partial Differ. Equ. 10, No. 1, 43--77 (2013; Zbl 1307.35189)] is implemented on a specific 3D manifold with non-constant negative curvature. Non-unique solutions for Navier-Stokes equations are obtained on a 3D manifold of this type.
