On the Orlicz Minkowski problem for polytopes (Q452005): Difference between revisions

Following recent works of Lutwak, Yang, Zhang et al. [\textit{C. Haberl, E. Lutwak, D. Yang} and \textit{G. Zhang}, Adv. Math. 224, No. 6, 2485--2510 (2010; Zbl 1198.52003); \textit{E. Lutwak, D. Yang} and \textit{G. Zhang}, Int. Math. Res. Not. 2006, No. 1, Article ID 62987, 21 p. (2006; Zbl 1110.46023)], the authors prove the existence part of the Orlicz Minkowski problem for discrete measures on unit spheres, i.e., for convex polytopes, and for general finite Borel measures on \( S^{n-1}\), i.e., for general convex bodies.
