Let \(R\) be an associative algebra and \(g\subset \text{Der}(R)\). Then an associative algebra \(A\) is called an \(L\)-algebra over \((R,g)\) if \(A\) is a right \(R\)-module and a \(g\)-module such that the structures of the \(g\)- module and left \(R\)-module are compatible. Recently [Algebra Anal. 2, No. 2, 209-226 (1990; Zbl 0711.17014)] the author constructed the \(L\)- algebras \(L(sl(2,\mathbb{C}))\) and \(L(C \text{vir} )\). The main result of this paper is the description of the structure of \(L(C \text{vir} )\) for the purposes of further investigations.
