Adomian introduced a linear and invertible operator \(L\) to describe the numerical scheme adapted to nonlinear partial differential equations in the decomposition method. In this paper the authors propose another choice of \(L= \partial/\partial t\) for Fisher's equation (or one- dimensional diffusion equation with the nonlinear term \(u(1- u)\)) to find its solution in series expansion via a recursive equation obtained by applying \(L^{-1}\) to it. They give the convergence proof and show numerical results which are compatible with those by other existing techniques.
