Relativistic diffusion attempts to correct the traditional diffusion model for relativistic effects. The Schrödinger equation reduces to the diffusion equation under analytical continuation. This modified diffusion equation replaces the usual Laplacian with a fractional calculus analogue. This paper develops the construction of free fields associated with this relativistic operator. The study is based on viewpoint of pseudo-differential operators, and the author presents both, the Gaussian case, and non-Gaussian infinitely divisible case.
