The authors consider the Frobenius method for the construction of the fundamental system of solutions for the differential equation \(\sum^{m}_{k=0}(x-x_ 0)^ kp_ k(x)y^{(k)}(x)=0\) \((p_ k(x)\) are regular functions near \(x_ 0\) or polynomials) in the cases when differences of the roots of the indicial equation are integers and the solutions contain logarithms. They give algorithms for determining the coefficients in Puiseux series of the solutions and the coefficients (by means of Newton's diagram) in the linear combination of fundamental system's solutions which represents a given solution. [For part I see ibid. 2, 271-294 (1986; Zbl 0629.68038).]
