The article under reviewing has been written by a group of authors conducted by a well known astrophysicist, V. M. Chechetkin, which is a pupil of the former Soviet astrophysicist Yakov B. Zeldovich (1914--1987), also well known for his achievements in many areas of modern physics. It is very pleasant, that authors resorted for the investigation of a plasma in a gravitational field and of connected very actual problems the exact Anatoly A. Vlasov's (1908--1975) equation, which was discovered in [\textit{A. Vlasov}, Zh. Èksper. Teor. Fiz. 8, 291--318 (1938; Zbl 0022.18102)] but presented widely in a monograph published in 1966 only. This equation is more exact than others used before for the description of a plasma, therefore provides a series of new results. The main interest of the authors is to discuss the Vlasov's-Einstein-Maxwell system of equations in a context of dark energy and dark matter which is widely discussed actually in order to describe the observed lack of energy and matter in the Universe. As the cosmological \(\Lambda\)-term can be derived as a consequence of plasma generating electromagnetic fields in an external gravitational field it is straitforward to examine the weakly relativistic limit of this set of equations. The authors of the article made such a successful investigation on the pages of this article.
