Let \(U=\{z:|z|<1\}\), \(\gamma(\rho)\) be the circle \(|w|=\rho\) and \(k:U\to \mathbb{C}\) be the Koebe function \(k(z)=z/(1-z)^2\). A point \(z\in \partial U\) is called a boundary fixed point of the function \(f:U \to U\) if there exists the angular limit \( \lim f (\zeta) = z\). The author considers the holomorphic functions \(f:U \to U\) satisfying \(\gamma(\rho) \not\subset f(U)\) for any \(\rho\), \(0<\rho<1\), and proves estimates for \(\sqrt{ k(|f(z_2)|)/ k(|f(z_1)|)}\) where \(z_1, z_2 \in U\), \(|z_1|<|z_2|\) and \(|f(z)|\). When \(z=1\) is a fixed boundary point of \(f\), a sharp lower bound for the angular derivative at \(z=1\) is obtained. In addition, an estimate for the Schwarzian derivative is obtained.
