Euler class groups, as suggested by M.~V.~Nori, were defined by \textit{S. M. Bhatwadekar} and \textit{R. Sridharan} [Compos. Math. 122, No. 2, 183--222 (2000; Zbl 0999.13007)] as a refinement of the Chow group of zero cycles modulo rational equivalence. This was a possible procedure to extend an important theorem of \textit{M.~P.~Murthy} [Ann. Math. (2) 140, No. 2, 405--434 (1994; Zbl 0839.13007)] to arbitrary noetherian rings as opposed to the result of Murthy which worked only for affine algebras over algebraically closed fields.. This concept has yielded spectacular results in the recent past by the work of the authors, Bhatwadekar et. al. In this paper, the authors appeal to an often used result of \textit{M.~Boratynski} [J. Algebra 54, No. 1, 1--5 (1978; Zbl 0391.13007)] to show that given an Euler class \((I,\omega)\) of appropriate kind, it comes as the Euler class of a projective module of rank equal to the dimension of the ring and the projective module maps onto \(I\) for any noetherian ring containing the rationals.
