The divergence-free finite element on 3D Powell-Sabin grids is constructed for Stokes equations. It is known that such a Powell-Sabin grid obtained from the given tetrahedral grid has singular vertices on the faces of the base tetrahedral. The main difficulty here consist in discovering the singular vertices in 3D. This problem is examined in details and solved successfully. It is demonstrated also that the P2-P1 element on 3D Powell-Sabin is stable. So the work presents the reel scientific interest in the domain.
