This article deals with Ishikawa and Mann's iterations for an operator equation \(Tx= f\) with an \(\phi\)-strongly accretive operator \(T\) (\((Tx- Ty,J(x- y))\geq \phi(\|x-y\|)\|x-y\|\), \(\phi: [0,\infty)\to [0,\infty)\), \(\phi(0)= 0\) is a strictly increasing function, \(J\) the normalized duality mapping from a Banach space \(E\) into \(2^{E^*}\)). A new theorem about the convergence of Ishikawa and Mann iterations are proved; numerous corollaries are presented.
