The author investigates the oscillation of solutions of a higher order linear differential equations where the coefficients are analytic in a domain \(\Omega\). The method used relies on a conformal transformation of the differential equations to another whose coefficients are analytic in a domain conformally equivalent to \(\Omega\). Actually, this paper is a genaralization of \textit{Z. Nehari}'s work [Bull. Am. Math. Soc. 55, 545--551 (1949; Zbl 0035.05104)] The conformal transformation that has been used is based upon the incomplete exponential Bell polynomials. Existence of zero-free solution bases is provided in details. Further, sharpness of the obtained results is also discussed briefly.
