It is widely known that many difficulties arise when studying integration of functions taking values in non locally convex spaces. The paper under review presents a new approach refining that of [\textit{D. Vogt}, Math. Ann. 173, 219-232 (1967; Zbl 0159.42601)]. This is quite technical and requires a previous discussion of some aspects of function quasi-norms on \(\sigma\)-finite measure spaces and topological tensor products of quasi-Banach spaces. A fundamental theorem of calculus for the new integral is given that improves the one of [\textit{F. Albiac} and \textit{J. L. Ansorena}, J. Funct. Anal. 264, No. 9, 2059--2076 (2013; Zbl 1283.46030)]. For precise definitions and statements, we refer the reader to this interesting paper.
