Quantum communication channels with infinite alphabets and additive constraints onto the input signal are considered in the paper. The lower bounds for the reliability function of an arbitrary quantum Gaussian channel using quantum Gallager's functions are derived. This is a generalization and strengthening of similar results for quantum channels with finite input alphabets.
