Very carefully the author introduces the notion of singular linear behavior and the notion of singular AR-model. The author shows that a certain canonical mapping from the set of equivalence classes of singular AR-models to the set of singular linear behavior is bijective. This result is a generalization of a result due to Willems, the founding father of the behavioral theory of linear systems.
