    The author considers the linear Petrovskii parabolic system \[ Lu\equiv {\mathbf E} \partial u/\partial t -{\mathbf A}(x,t)\partial^2 u/\partial x^2 -{\mathbf B}(x,t) \partial u/\partial x - {\mathbf C}(x,t)u=0,\quad (x,t)\in {\mathbb R}^2={\mathbb R} \times (0,+\infty), \] where \(\mathbf E\) is the identity matrix and \(\mathbf A,\) \(\mathbf B\) and \(\mathbf C\) are \(N\times N\) \((N\geq 1)\) matrices whose entries are Hölder functions defined on \(\bar {\mathbb R}_+^2.\) It is studied a second boundary value problem in a semibounded domain \(\Omega=\{(x,t)\in{\mathbb R}^2_+ : x>X(t)\}\) with lateral boundary \(\Sigma=\{(x,t)\in{\mathbb R}^2_+ : x=X(t)\},\) in general nonsmooth, where \(X\) satisfies the Gevrey condition: \[ L u=0 \quad\text{ in }\Omega,\qquad u|_{t=0}=0,\;x\geq X(0),\qquad \partial u/\partial x=\psi\quad\text{ on }\Sigma. \] Under suitable regularity conditions on the coefficients and the vector function \(\psi,\) it is proved existence and uniqueness of a solution of the above problem which satisfies the a priori estimate: \(\| u;\Omega\| ^{(2+\alpha)}_\lambda\leq C\| \psi;{\mathbb R}_+\| _\lambda^{1+\alpha}/2.\) The solvability of the problem is obtained by reducing it to a solvable system of Volterra boundary integral equations.
