Two regular metrics on a manifold are pointwise projectively related if they have the same geodesics as point sets. The metric spaces are projectively related if there is a diffeomorphism between them, such that the pull-back metric is pointwise projective to another one. It is shown that pointwise projectively related Einstein metrics satisfy a simple equation along geodesics, in particular if they are complete with negative Einstein constants, then one is a multiple of the other. For two pointwise projectively related Einstein metrics \(F\) and \(\widetilde F\) and given Ricci tensors Ric and \(\widetilde{\text{Ric}}\) the relations between geodesics and metric functions are determined. There are given some examples of projective Finsler metrics of constant curvature, as Funk metric, Klein metric and others.
