An algebraic system \(G=(G;\cdot,e,{^{-1}},\vee,\wedge,{_*})\) of type \(\langle 2,0,1,2,2,1\rangle\) is called an \(m\)-group if \((G;\cdot,e,{^{-1}},\vee,\wedge)\) is a lattice ordered group (an \(\ell\)-group) and \(_*\) is an automorphism of the second order of the group \((G;\cdot,e,{^{-1}})\) that is an anti-isomorphism of the lattice \((G;\vee,\wedge)\). It is known that every \(m\)-group admits a faithful representation by order permutations of a suitable linearly ordered set. Using this representation, the author gives a description of the set of congruences of an arbitrary \(m\)-group. For part I see [\textit{A. V. Zenkov}, Sib. Math.
