The authors of the paper under review investigate the question of constructing the orthogonality measure of polynomials whose recurrence coefficients are unbounded. Continuous and discrete parts of the orthogonality measure are determined according to some summability conditions imposed on the recurrence coefficients themselves. Illustrative examples are considered.
