    Let \(1 \leq p \leq q < \infty\) and let \(X \subseteq L^0(\Omega, \mu)\) be a saturated \(p\)-convex Banach function space. Denote by \(X_p\) the \(p\)-power of \(X\) and by \(B^+_{(X_p)^\prime}\) the positive elements of the closed unit ball of the Köthe dual of \(X_p\), endowed with the topology \(\sigma((X_p)^\prime, X_p)\). For a positive Radon measure \(\xi\) on \(B^+_{(X_p)^\prime}\), the authors introduce the space \[ S_{X_p}^q:= \left\{ f \in L^0(\mu): \int_{B^+_{(X_p)^\prime}} \left(\int_\Omega|f(\omega|^p h(\omega) \,d\mu(\omega) \right)^{\frac{q}{p}} \,d\xi(h) < \infty \right\}, \] endowed with the following seminorm \[ \left\|f\right\|_{S_{X_p}^q}= \int_{B^+_{(X_p)^\prime}} \left(\int_\Omega|f(\omega|^p h(\omega) \,d\mu(\omega) \right)^{\frac{q}{p}} \,d\xi(h). \] Observe that the first integral makes sense via the so-called {Monotone Convergence Theorem}. The authors give a characterization of \(p\)-\textit{strongly} \(q\)-\textit{concave} operators through the extension operators property on \(S_{X_p}^q\); more precisely, if \(X\) is \(p\)-convex and ordered semi-continuous and \(E\) is a Banach space, then an operator \(T:X \to E\) is \(p\)-strongly \(q\)-concave if and only if there exists a positive Radon measure \(\xi\) on \(B^+_{(X_p)^\prime}\) which makes \(S_{X_p}^q\) a saturated Banach function space such that \[ T= \widetilde{T} \circ i, \] where \(i: X \to S_{X_p}^q\) is the natural inclusion and \(\widetilde{T}: S_{X_p}^q \to E\) is the continuous linear extension of \(T\). Some consequence is also discussed at the end.
