In this short paper, the author works out a classification of those graphs such that the induced subgraph on neighbours of each vertex is strongly regular with the eponymous parameters. The result of the classification is a list of eight possible distance arrays which such a graph may have, representing diameters 2, 3, and 4. Among tuples of parameter values of strongly regular graphs with \(\lambda = 1\), this is the second smallest whose existence is undecided at present; the smallest is \((99, 14, 1, 2)\), treated by the author in a previous parallel paper.
