The author presents an application of the results of \textit{M. Hitrik} et al. [Am. J. Math. 129, No. 1, 105--182 (2007; Zbl 1172.35085)] concerning spectral asymptotics for non-selfadjoint operators. Namely, the author considers operators of the form \(P_\lambda= P+ i\lambda Q\), where \(\lambda\) is a small real parameter and \(P\), \(Q\) are analytic semiclassical pseudodifferential operators on a real compact manifold of dimension 2, or on \(\mathbb{R}^2\). The operator \(P\) is assumed to be selfadjoint, whereas \(Q\) is not selfadjoint in general. The main result of the paper states that the normal form near a single Diophantine torus is uniquely determined by the associated eigenvalues.
