S. Ramanujan has presented the continued fraction \(\frac{1 |}{| z } +\frac{1 |}{| 1 } + \frac{2 |}{| z } +\frac{3 |}{| 1 } + \frac{4 |}{| z} + \cdots\) by a power series, but he concealed the proof. Later a proof has been established using many statements. In this paper the author gives another proof which is an advantegeous competition with the previous one.
