    The authors of this very interesting paper study the high-frequency Helmholtz equation, \[ +i\varepsilon \alpha u(x)-\varepsilon^2\triangle_x u(x)+[V(x)-\lambda ]u(x)=f(x), \;\;x\in \mathbb R^d, \;\;d\geq 3, \] where the potential \(V(x)\in \mathbb R \) (\(x\in \mathbb R^d\)) is \(C^2\) smooth and satisfies the non-trapping condition, \(\lambda \in R\) is the energy parameter, \(\varepsilon >0\) is a small wavelength parameter, \(\alpha >0\) is a small absorption parameter. The authors prove Morrey-Campanato estimates that are both homogeneous in space and uniform in the frequency parameter. The main result is that if \(f \) is in the Morrey-Campanato space and some other assumptions for \(V\) are fulfilled then there holds a constant \(C\) and an \(\varepsilon_0>0\) (\(0<\varepsilon\leq \varepsilon_0 \)), such that for any \(\alpha >0\) there holds the estimate \(\| u\| _{B^{\ast }}\leq (C/\varepsilon )\| f\| _{B}\), where \(B^{\ast } \) and \(B\) are some Morrey-Campanato spaces.
