The author discusses the problem of how to define a many valued topology over a set \(X\). An answer is given in the context of fuzzy set theory starting from the intrinsic fuzzy partial order on the fuzzy power set of \(X\) via the enriched category theory. Many theorems and comparisons with previous concepts of fuzzy topological spaces due to several authors are given.
