The authors investigate generalizations of the classical Jensen and Chebyshev inequalities. By restricting the class of functions they enlarge the class of measures which are allowed. For example, consider the Jensen inequality. Roughly speaking, it holds for convex functions \(\phi\) and positive measures \(\mu\). A version of this inequality is given in which several derivatives of \(\phi\) are also convex and the class of positive measures is replaced by the wider class of end-positive measures. This new class leads also to new versions of other inequalities.
