One proposes two types of stochastic models for the transport of heat in systems described by local collisional dynamics. The corresponding dynamics are defined by tracers particles moving through an array of hot scatterers describing the effect of heath baths at fixed temperatures, and they appear to be a mixture of integrable Hamiltonian dynamics and collisions with stochastic heat baths. One first describes in detail the considered random speed particle, then one introduces successively wandering tracers and confined tracers. Some results are stated on the cumulant generating function of the time-integrated current, and it shown that the Green-Kubo formula still holds in this model.
