The author studies hypergraphs in which the points are people and the sets of points (events) are sets of people participating in common activities. A strict cover of a set of people is a set of people such that for all persons in the first set attending some events, some person in the second set attends an event with him. An inequality for the degree of a unique strict cover is proved.
