Let U be an arbitrary plane domain whose complement has positive logarithmic capacity. The author considers the class \(H^ p_{QR}(U)\) of the functions quasiregular in U (in the sense of Yu. G. Reshetnyak) and satisfying a growth condition similar to the classical Hardy \(H^ p\)-condition. The main result asserts that for every \(f\in H^ p_{QR}(U)\) there exists an uniformly elliptic diffusion \(X_ t\) in U such that for almost all \(z\in \partial U\) with respect to its elliptic- harmonic measure the limit of f along the z-conditional \(X_ t\)-paths exists almost surely. As an application it follows that if \(f\in H^ p_{QR}(D)\), \(D=(| z| <1)\), then there exists \(a=a(f)>0\) such that in every interval \(J\subset \partial D\) there is a subset \(F\subset J\) of positive a-dimensional Hausdorff measure such that non-tangential limits of f exist at every point of F.
